ws_comments− TeamWare sccs script command. 

SYNOPSIS

ws_comments

DESCRIPTION

"ws_comment" is a tcl script which will manage a workspace comment file
(not the history file, just a plain comment file). This has been set up to be the default double-click action in codemgrtool so I can create comments for my workspaces as I tend to lose track  of them over time.
