DESCRIPTION

Daytime prints out in the English the current time of day, accurate to the nearest fifteen minutes.  Many people find this type of abstraction useful, since it doesn’t really matter to them that it’s 16:19 when all they wanted to know is that it’s "Quarter past four."

BUGS

Daytime depends on the user to determine whether it’s currently night or day.
