NAME

jaquithDaily − Do daily Sprite dump to Jaquith server

SYNOPSIS

jaquithDaily [-arch archive] [-server server] [-port port] [firstItem]

OPTIONS

−arch archiveName of logical archive. If unspecified, the default archive is used. 

−server portServer where jaquith is running. If unspecified, covet.CS is used. 

−port portPort number where jaquith is listening. If unspecified, 10001 is used. 

firstItemName of first filesytem in list to be dumped.  If omitted, the entire list of filesystems in in /sprite/admin/dump/jaquithList is dumped. 

DESCRIPTION

JaquithDaily is a perl script that dumps the file systems listed in /sprite/admin/dump/jaquithList to the Jaquith server. 

The name of each filesytem is recorded in /sprite/admin/dump/jaquithLog as it is dumped. 

Only files that have been modified since they were last dumped are sent to the archive.
