SYNOPSIS
fix_ethers clientname [ enet_addr (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx) ]
DESCRIPTION
fix_ethers is a shell script that adds a hostname and

requests until a reboot is done. Upon rebooting, the
/etc/ethers file will be used to load the kernel.
