login.sql(1LOCAL) MISC. REFERENCE MANUAL PAGES login.sql(1LOCAL)

NAME
login.sql - sets up the SQL*Plus environment for a specific
     directory

SYNOPSIS
     login.sql

DESCRIPTION
The login.sql file contains SQL statments or SQL*Plus com-
mands that are executed at the beginning of the SQL*Plus
     session.

The demobld command creates a copy of the login.sql file.
If you already have a file named login.sql, the demobld com-
mand preserves that file by changing its name to login.old.

The glogin.sql command file invokes login.sql every time you
invoke SQL*Plus. The login.sql file is deleted by demodrop
when you are finished with the demonstration files.
