bootparamd − boot parameter server
SYNOPSIS
bootparamd [ −d ]
DESCRIPTION
bootparamd is a server process that provides information to diskless clients necessary for booting. It obtains its information from the bootparams database. The lookup order for this database is configured in the nsswitch.conf(4) file.
bootparamd can be invoked either by inetd(1M) or by the user. Wildcard hostnames can be specified in the bootparams(4) database.
OPTIONS
−d Display the debugging information.
