NAME
vqsub, xvqsub - Runs visual nterface to NQS batch queue job submitter
SYNOPSIS
vqsub [-C] [-s scriptfile] [-p priority] [-n nice]
xvqsub [-C] [-s scriptfile] [-p priority] [-n nice]
FLAGS
-C Starts the interface as a collapsed icon on the screen.
(To see the interface, click on the icon.)
-s scriptfile Sets the default script file. If this flag is not used,
no default script file is set.
-p priority Sets the default priority value. If this flag is not
used, the default priority is 31.
-n nice Sets the default nice value. If this flag is not used,
the default nice value is 0.
DESCRIPTION
The vqsub and vqsub commands run visual interfaces to the qsub command,
which allows the user to enter information to submit a batch printing job.
The vqsub command submits a batch request to the Network Queuing System
(NQS).
Use the vqsub command on EnvironV-based window systems. Use the xvqsub
commands for X Window-based window systems.
Help is available within vqsub, and is accessed by clicking on the help
button with the mouse.
EXAMPLES
1. Entering the vqsub command without any flags starts the interface.
vqsub
2. This example starts the interface with the default script file set to
my_job.bat.
vqsub -s my_job.bat

Because of graphics requirements, vqsub is available only on Intergraph
graphic workstations.
The FORMS_S product is required to run vqsub.
DIAGNOSTICS
If all of the information needed for submitting a batch job is not
provided, an error message is displayed in the message box asking that the
missing information be specified.
Any errors encountered by the qsub command are displayed in the message
box.
EXIT VALUES
The vqsub command exits with a value of 1 if the forms needed for the
interface cannot be displayed. Otherwise, vqsub exits with a value of 0.
