SYNOPSIS
       These routines are obsolete.


DESCRIPTION
       The aa_library group of functions was used by session initiators
       (e.g., login, ftp and xdm) in previous releases.  It has been
       superseded by the new Session Monitor model and the cd_library and
       si_library functions.
