NAME
localization - introduction to using locale data and utilities

DESCRIPTION
Localization is the concept of enabling users to customize their
local environment to use native language, code set, cultural and
region-specific information. Systems that support localization are
"localized," that is, they contain data and utilities necessary to
       facilitate this customization by users.

The DG/UX System has been localized to support the use of most
European and North American language, cultural and region-specific
       information.
