The VMS LAT Control Program (LATCP) allows  you  to configure  and
  control LAT protocol on VMS host systems.  VMS systems  that  join
  the LAT network are called service nodes.

  More on-line help is available from  the  LAT Control Program.  To
  invoke LATCP,  enter the following command in response to the  DCL
  prompt:

  $  RUN SYS$SYSTEM:LATCP

  The utility responds with the prompt:

  LCP>

  After you invoke LATCP, you can enter HELP or  any  of  the  LATCP
  commands.
