displaytype, pal, ntsc − inquire about Amiga display type
SYNOPSIS
/usr/amiga/bin/displaytype
DESCRIPTION
displaytype prints to standard output the ‘displaytype’ parameter used by the kernel. The value is printed in hex with "0x" prefixed. Bit 0 of the value, when set, indicates that the video output is in NTSC format. Bit 1, when set, indicates PAL format. Bit 2 indicates the presence of an Amiga A2024 or Moniterm Viking monitor, suitable for the scan converting high resolution video modes (1024 x 800 or 1024 x 1024). Bit 3 indicates the presence of a monochrome monitor. Other bits are reserved for future use.
